Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Policy

All returns require approval. Please contact support@dragonslairhobbies.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please wait for approval before sending back merchandise.

The Dragon’s Lair will accept returns on all unopened products within 14 days of the delivery date. The Dragon’s Lair does not cover shipping costs on returns. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived if store credit is elected as the refund method.

Incorrect Address/Item cannot be delivered

Items sent to incorrect addresses or returned to our warehouse will be refunded and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any shipping fees will not be refunded.

Defective Product

If you receive a sealed item that is missing pieces or otherwise has a manufacturer’s defect, the policy will depend on that specific manufacturer. You may reach out to support@dragonslairhobbies.com for information on how to handle your specific situation.

Preorders

Orders containing preorder items will be shipped when the full order is available to ship – generally on the date of preorder release. You may choose to place separate orders for preorder items and non-preorder items to receive the non-preorder items quicker. If chosen to do so shipping rates on each order will be recalculated and additional shipping may need to be purchased.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has begun processing by our warehouse a 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all cancellations. The cancellation fee may be waived if store credit is elected as the refund method. Shipping costs will not be refunded on cancellations.
